Building Effective Teams

This course aims to develop the skills of managers and leaders in creating, developing and maintaining high performing and effective teams.  The course will introduce a range of tools and techniques that can be used to build and maintain effective, high performing teams.

Attendees will explore team dynamics and consider factors that limit or enable team success. You will then learn the importance trust and collaboration play in building effective teams.  Attendees will learn how to set team/individual goals.  You will learn a range of strategies you can use to create, develop and motivate your team. Conflict Management

This course on Managing Conflict will equip attendees with the skills and knowledge to help them manage and positively engage with conflict.  The programme is highly interactive balancing discussions and theoretical inputs with practical skills and tools that individuals can use on a day-to-day basis.  For maximum impact, we will use customised case studies throughout the course, so attendees get to mediate conflict and get feedback on same.

Managing Change
