It will also ensure that participants are equipped with the knowledge to submit an application that gets them shortlisted and how to prepare for the interview so their answers are relevant.

You will learn:

You will learn fill out an application form or submit a CV which matches criteria being looked for in the job advertisement.  You will then learn how to prepare for and conduct engaging interviews.  You will learn how to identify core responsibilities and competencies required for the role.  On the back of this you will learn how to prepare competency based answers.  You will learn the STAR model and how to use this to answer competency based questions in the interview.

Every day,  people are called upon to utilise their powers of persuasion and influence. The objective of this course is to arm participants with the various tools they need to enable them to be more flexible and effective when influencing others.  We will explore human behaviour, look at the how power and perception impact our ability to communicate and influence effectively.  Participants will assess their own influencing style and learn tools and techniques to aid them influence and persuade effectively.
